Claims Tracking System (CTS)

CTS is a Citizens Property Insurance automated tool used to track the status and activities of daily and catastrophe claims. Its primary purpose is to show a viewer where the claim is located in the adjust / examine timeline. Users of this system are adjusters, examiners, call center staff and managers.

Please note that this is an internal application that is not available to the public. Policy Holders wishing to learn the status of a claim can call 1-866-678-1777 and the Citizens Call Center will be happy to assist you.

General Instructions:

System Maintenance Windows:

IT has formalized two regularly scheduled "System Maintenance Windows". These windows will provide the necessary time to perform any required IT hardware and or software updates. During these maintenance windows, any and or all of the Citizens IT systems may or may not be available, depending on what updates are needed at the time.

Wednesdays: 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (E.S.T.)
Sundays: 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (E.S.T.)

In addition, there are nightly outages for data updates from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.


REMINDER: CTS only supports Internet Explorer 32-bit (regular version); using a non-IE browser (Firefox, Chrome) or 64-bit browsers can result in errors and poor system quality and is not supported at this time. Thank you.
